Reliability/longevity of the 3.0 Mercedes Benz V6 In Navion

We are looking at a used 08 Itasca Navion with a little over 60,000 miles on the diesel. What are the problems with the higher mile 3.0 V6's if any? Should we be concerned with buying that unit?

My buddy with a commercial upholstery shop has a Ram 2500 sprinter. I put a egr valve on it the other day at a little over 400K miles. Still runs very strong.
