I think in a RV that old, it doesn't really matter. Do keep in mind that you will be eating off something like TV trays or a small folding table, if you take out the dinette table. There are pros/cons both ways.
Consider hanging on to the benches and table so you could put them back in.
But if I was going to buy it otherwise, the lack of a dinette wouldn't stop me.
