Removing 3m vinyl wrap

I removed the 3m film from the front of my 2005 Holiday Rambler Endeavor this summer. It developed the ugly cracks and mold had started growing under the film. I purchased a 3m eraser wheel and went to work. Once you find the proper wheel speed (not to fast because the glue will stick to it) and pressure to apply, then it’s a matter of time. It took me 3 day for a total of ~30 hours but the front of my RV looks brand new now. I used mineral spirits to clean up the excess glue that didn’t come off with the eraser wheel. I had one little spot where the paint peeled off but this was before I found the right pressure to apply and wheel speed. So grab your favorite beverage and let the 3m eraser wheel do the work for you.
