Removing headlight assembly on Newmar KS DP

What vehicle did the headlight assembly come from? Most were designed for another vehicle so if you know that you can do a search online to find out how to change the lens. Mine happen to be from a BMW sedan. Yours may be from a Ford, or other vehicle.
