Removing middle TV in 2008 Four Winds Hurricane

I am trying to replace the middle TV next to the bunks in a 2008 Four Winds HUrricane by Thor. I have removed and replaced the front TV and the bedroom TV. The middle TV has gone kaput and I need to replace it. I have searched the web, other RV sites, and called Thor, and no one has an answer. Any help anyone can give is appreciated.
  • You're welcome, glad I could help. As long as it's not American beer... ;)
  • Skrams...I owe you a beer or two if we ever meet!!I got the screws out from the underneath. The only place I didn't look. Now it looks like I have to just remove a bunch of screws from the bracket...Thanx MUcho for your Help...Michael....

I was able to reach the screws holding it in. If I recall correctly, there were a lot of screws. Check the top of the cupboard underneath, I can't remember if some screws went up from there.

Thanx for the responses. I have replaced the other 2 and 1 on my prior motorhome. But, this is a horse of another color. It's in the center of the motorhome in a hall across from bunk beds. It's built in with no way to get to the back. I am trying to post some pix. Have them saved to my desktop and have tried to copy into this forum. As soon as I can figure out how to do it...will post. Thanx for your patience...

Post pictures - the easy way.

    BOL,

  • You have to take off the piece of wood at the front first. It's awkward to get to, but doable, I took ours out last year.

  • Post pictures to start with. If you have already replaced the others, it should not be difficult. We assume you will not be trying to find a tube type??
