Removing Seat belt under dinette?
Are there any legal or re-sell ramifications if I remove the the seat beat framing under dinette?

When we visited the Nexus factory I had them add another set of seat belts to our C as the dinette only had one set. Everybody in your coach must, by law (in every state), have and wear a seat belt. I know a lot of folks don't but that does not mean it is a good idea.
I don't think there is any law regarding removal of existing belts but is the OP really willing to give up the ability to legally transport more than two? :h When we have guests they each have at least a lap belt available. I won't transport more people than seat belts as that is the law and IMHO, a very good one.
