Removing Seat belt under dinette?
Are there any legal or re-sell ramifications if I remove the the seat beat framing under dinette?

I did the same as rvten and Ron.Dittmer did. Simply put the belts under the seat. I did remove the belts from the sofa and kept them for when I sell the RV. No inspection has ever checked for their presence.
