Is your TV secured to a metal plate with 2 screws in the front that seem to free up the plate but the TV won't come forward? I had that mounting in my Newmar and had to remove the 2 screws holding the TV to the metal plate by tipping the TV backwards. Got the TV out ad found the metal plate had more screws in the back behind the TV. No clue how Newmar got it in there in the first place unless they put it in before they mounted the cabinetry above the dash.
