A few years ago, I took mine in for a few minor issues. Called and they set up an appointment. I called the night before to make sure everything was still a go. Went to the office and they filled out all the paper work, came out and did a walk around..........took the keys, and said, they'd give me a call in a couple weeks, when they hoped to get to it. When I mentioned I had an appointment, they said yes, an appointment to drop it off. When I questioned them, they said that's the way they schedule, they're always at least 2 weeks out. When I again questioned them, they said that's the way they have been doing it for years.
Even though they're suppose to be a very good shop, I'm never been back.
