They are the biggest around and seem to be unconcerned about my business. As it stands, they've removed one of my calipers a month or two ago, so I couldn't drive it elsewhere even if I wanted to. Maybe a mobile mechanic could save the day.
Vote with your dollars. Have it towed to a smaller shop who can give you a commitment.
Big shops have lots of daily fleet customers who take precedence over a "fleet of one" recreational use owner.
