replace the 2 benches by a power sofa on a 2003 Roadtrek

Lots of good advice as usual on this forum. Ryegatevt is right and after considering all aspects of this wish, I think I will try and be happy with my benches , and try and make them more user friendly.

You may also want to keep an eye out for a manual folding couch. Mine always works perfectly even if the battery is dead!

If RT can't help, try pleasure -way.

as above, I demo'd one and

1.) no storage space under

2.) complicated and it will break at some point

3.) expensive

4.) heavy ( I am marginal on weight.)

5.) the one I tried required additional cushions tetrised into place to make a lumpy platform.

6.) try craigslist and the RT forum classifieds- I have seen a few listed here and there

Be careful what you wish for... lots of complaints on these forums about the electric couches. We're very happy to leave our 210 twin beds set up for use as beds or couches - lots of things you can do to make them more comfortable and/or wider.
