You could go outside under the coach, following existing wiring -- and then you only need to worry about how to get it from the rear bottom to the camera up top.
You could cut the end off the existing cable and tape the new one to the old and carefully pull (so long as the old isn't cable tied to something else). If it is overhead, maybe pop a fixture and do a test pull to see if each "section" is loose?
Or (what I ended up doing), run the new wire inside along the wall on the floor. I was able to hide it the whole way under carpet, the couch, the dinette and then followed the plumbing all the way to the back. Then I fished it up the wall and out through a hole inside a cabinet.
