Replacing Leaf Springs

Thanks! The job's gotta be done as the springs on the left side are sagging. I think I have enough stands and jacks, but maybe not enough hands. It looks to be a pretty straightforward job...2 straight bolts and 2 u-bolts.
Anybody gone back with heavier rated springs than OEM? My coach is rated at 20,500lbs. I've been eyeballing the new springs at 22K to give me a little more breathing room....not that I plan to put more stuff in the coach...just that I'm pretty darn close, if not slightly over, even when I'm lightly loaded for a weekend trip.
