I see your problem, with the two bolts from the ceiling. I used a Sharp product which is what I was replacing so no modifications were required. That being said, the Sharp product uses a wall bracket and two long diagonal bolts from underneath near the front at 45 degree to the top of the wall bracket. With this configuration most of the weight of the microwave is carried by the wall bracket. There is still two screws through the upper cabinet that take up some of the weight, maybe 10%. You maybe able to use screws and screw upward into the ceiling, from behind the exhaust grill at the top of the microwave.
