Your caster alignment is a "dogs breakfast" IMO.
On arrival the caster is in spec, as in:
LH 4.0
RH 4.2
Cross Caster 4.0 - 4.2 = -0.2 which is ideal IMO
On departure the cross caster is totally out to lunch:
LH 4.1
RH 5.0
Cross Caster 4.1 - 5.0 = -0.9 which is way out to lunch.
And the whole purpose of the caster alignment exercise was:
LH 4.0 + 2.0 = 6.0
RH 4.2 + 2.0 = 6.2
Cross Caster = 6.0 - 6.2 = -0.2 which is ideal IMO.
Take it back and get at least something right. Looks like the
alignment tech was just learning how to "Rubix Cube" the 594s.
