When we were installing our Samsung I asked the same questions. I didn't like the idea of using something to stick through the door handles so I called the Beaver dealer in bend and asked Parts what they used on the new coaches...They are a dealer For Entegra.
I found out they use this product:
Fridge lock
But with a modified plate that is bent to help fill the gap between the freezer drawer and one of the fridge doors. Takes two for this approach.
Alternatively the plate as supplied can be used to secure the two fridge door only which is the route I'm taking. I don't think the freezer drawer is at risk of self-opening but if I'm wrong I can always go back later an change it. For mounting I'm using the double sided foam mounting tape and I'll see how that works.
I would also suggest going to a couple of nearby dealers and look at the new coaches to see what they use on their products.
