I own a 2010 25G w/ slide out. We bought the unit used in 2012. It's pretty much the same as a 12. I'm very happy with it.

Never had any issues either other than the normal stuff. Seems pretty solid! About the only thing I have upgraded is the converter charger to a progressive dynamics.

The only thing I don't like about it is the unit is the AC unit. If it's same as mine, the fan always stay on and its's hard to control due to the lack of a thermostat.

Last November we bought a Ford E450 2012 Fleetwood Jamboree 31M with 15,000 miles. The floor plan is very livable and so far, we have been very pleased with the unit. To me, the build quality is on par or better than other comparable Class C units we looked at. Cabinets and trim are solid. House systems are made by other manufactures and are installed well and reasonably easy to access to repair or replace if necessary. We tow a Ford Focus without any problems getting 7-8 miles per gallon.
