Did you have the frame checked? Could it be bent? I understand that you had the springs replaced in 2006 but could the accident have also damaged the spring and it is now sagged?
I had a 1991 P30 Winnie and when the time came to work on the suspension because of spring sag on one side, I took it to a good truck alignment/spring shop and they fixed all of the ride problems.
1st I would have the unit weighed on all 4 corners to see how balanced the unit is. Most have more weight on one side than the other.
2nd. I believe that they measured ride height from known frame positions to the ground and not the travel distance of the A-Arm.
3rd. Do you have air bags all the way around, mine did. I found that if the pressure is off on the rear that it would effect the front ride heights.
When I had my front springs replaced the actually put in a set that could handle more weight so that I didn't need the front air-bags any longer.
Good Luck
Have not weight all 4 corners but ride height was the same before replacing parts. Frame was supposedly checked and bent parts were replaced, I will have the recheck coil spring. No air bags, replace air bags with Henderson coil springs.
