That always used to be what I found also but lately they keep closing. In the old days I would take my propane bottle to get refilled for my BBQ at home and nowadays everyone just does that exchange program where you bring in your empty bottle and exchange it for a full one at the grocery store.
I noticed the lack of propane when looking for propane for my company's little sweepers. I now have to do a google search and drive all over the place trying to get our tanks filled up.
