"All electric" generally means no propane from what I've seen. Diesel heat/hot water, diesel engines and diesel gens are in the all electric category.
What seems to be the key is the refer. Res refers cool much better, last longer and are considered safer.
Of course you now need larger battery banks, alternators, chargers and perhaps solar. And it's likely that a 12KW diesel gen will be standard.
Certainly no problem dry camping either. Just turn on the inverter, diesel heat, AGS, raise the sat dish, TV on, lights on and dry camp away. :B
