No one has really answered your questions. The 200 was a short lived model but there are a number of them out there and there are 200 owners on the yahoo group. It is shorter than a 210 which is an extended model on a 3500 Chevy Express. I do not think that the 200 is built on a 2500 Chevy Express - only the 170 is on the short chassis.
Unless added by an owner it does not have a macerator. It has a gravity dump system which, as I understand it, has a dump hose stored in a tube below the chassis that is taken out and connected.
