This discussion on the wheelbase of the RT200 comes up once in a while. Here are the facts ...
The RT200 (my 1999 Popular) has a wheelbase of 139" and its length is 246". This means it has a wheelbase to length ratio of 56.5%, which is quite good. In 1999 the RT190 had a wheelbase of only 128" and a length of 237" which means a wheelbase to length ratio of 54%. So the ratio for the 200 is better than the 190. Its 9" longer but has a wheelbase 11" longer.
The preceding remains true up to 2001 I believe. So it depends what year you are looking at, which you don't mention.
