If it's been 4 years, your TV is probably has an analog tuner and no over-the-air channels broadcast in analog toda; all are digital. Analog broadcasts ceased in February 2009. I replaced our TV with an inexpensive digital TV from Best Buy two years ago and so far it's standing up to the rigors of RV travel. Since it has both an analog and digital tuner it will receive over-the-air signals and campground cable (many cable signals are analog so both tuners are worthwhile).
I connected the RCA plugs (red, yellow, white) to the DVD player. Yellow is video and white and red are the audio. I used the coaxial cable input for the over-the-air TV as well as campground cable. I used the HD input for satellite TV.
