I have one question about this setup, although it has some innovations: The EFOY system uses M10 cartridges. For 10 liters of methanol, that is 156 bucks (assuming current exchange rates) for 222 or so hours of run time with 1200 watts coming out. Finding replacement cartridges is tough, as I know no place in the US that has them. Hopefully RT dealers can stock them.
Citation here.
Keep in mind that this EFOY fuel cell system is option. I bet an expensive option.
I have a few concerns about this RS-E system. If you want to cook on a regular propane stove what do you do. A microwave is not the answer for all meals. Another concern is with no propane what happens when you are in a very cold location with no propane forced air furnace. I don't even know if this RT comes with a heat pump, but they are good only down to about 45 degrees F so about the only other answer my be to run the MB engine and use the engine generator/alternator combination all night to power a small portable ceramic 120VAC electric heater. Even with 8 deep cycle batteries I doubt you are going to heat a RS overnight on battery power. What do you do for hot water and a shower? I know getting my 6-gallon water heater hot with only a 600 watt AC heating element takes about 6 hours.
