On a Sprinter a diesel hydronic hot water and furnace runs whisper quiet compared to the propane Suburban furnace in most Bs. Great West Vans is shipping them that way already. Advanced RV's first B I understand will have diesel hydronic, lithium ion batteries, large capacity inverter and solar, plus electric radiant heated floors. All electric RVs are not exactly new. There have been some Class A models attempting it I've been told by a local RV dealer. I would try to track that down but just am not that interested in doing so.
I just had the experience of having to shut down my propane systems due to a regulator leak in the Yukon when returning from Alaska. We could get by with electrical but it did cut into our preferences to dry camp convenience wise. Putting all your eggs in one basket (all electric) might not be a good idea.
