Couldn't agree more. I love my Roadtrek but like most new owners I've struggled with dealer, warranty and quality issues. My impression is that Roadtrek doesn't have a good way of getting the critical feedback they'd need if they wanted to monitor and evaluate dealers or improve quality and drive down warranty issues. But to be honest, I don't think most other RV manufacturers are doing that much better in this regard.
