Our '96 Versatile has two seatbelts in the rear lounge area (passengers facing the front). With the four seatbelts up front, there is room to seat up to six. However, we normally leave the rear bed set up all the time, but if we know ahead of time, we can quickly convert the bed to the lounge and table. Not sure about the configuration of the 200 model. Hope this helps.
