Rodent Proofing ? Best Methods, What works, what Doesn't

The previous owners of our rig swore by dryer sheets. We've tried them, and still got a mouse or two over the winter. Best is to keep a regular check on it and set the wooden snap traps. DOn't let it sit more than a day without checking on it though...there is no worse smell than a decaying mouse.
