Roof AC units on, Roof fans/vents open or closed?

We're in SW Fla and it's really heating up here. We plan on leaving this upcoming Friday to head back to NJ. With both units running as well as the dash air should the roof fans/vents be open or close...

Side note about leaving roof vents open even just a little bit with out a shroud over them while traveling......they WILL blow open if not closed all the way AND they will crack clean off.

Been there done that on my first newbie trip eons ago.
