This is how my 2008 Trailer setup is using Cable and OTA antenna setups...

My OTA Antenna is a Winegard BATWING with small dipoles on it. Looks like this google image... This antenna does great picking up unobstructed HDTV digital signals in the 60-70 Mile range...

Alot of the new trailers are coming out with these low profile onmi-directional round looking antennas with built-in pre-amplifiers which DO NOT perform very well for picking up long distance HDTV signals...
