Check marine supply outlets for one and/or two part epoxy and polyurethane paints. Some of the big names in marine fiberglass paints are Interlux and Pettit, but there are many others out there. They can be sprayed (for a car like finished) or even rolled with good results and since they are designed for the marine sun/salt environment they will withstand anything a MOHO will find. If you search under "marine topside paints" you'll get plenty of options. Good luck.
