I recommend the Eterna Bond tape. We have a Georgie Boy Class A so it most likely has the same roof material as your rig. Keep the left over tape with you when you travel and should you develop a leak on the road, you can very quickly seal it with the Eterna Bond.
I replaced just about all of the caulking type sealant on the roof of our motorhome with the Eterna Bond when inspection showed the sealant needed to be reapplied (1-3 years old). Vents, skylight, black tank vent, and refrigerator vent. Not a problem since. With the Eterna Bond you do the job once and you're done. The other sealants require reapplication every couple of years.
Six years ago I also used it to mend a tear on the leading edge of our main slide out awning/topper, which takes a lot of abuse from the wind and sun exposure. I figured I'd have to replace the awning soon after. Well, the Eterna Bond let us get another 6 years of service out of that awning. We just replaced them last week. When we took that main topper off, the fabric was disintegrating in our hands...but the Eterna Bond was still holding strong...just the fabric around it was gone. :)
Eterna Bond.
Good Luck,
