I'm sure you realize you don't go to Page on 89 and then on from there. 160 is somewhat south of Page and the next towns are Tuba City and Kayenta where you turn north on 163. It has been some time since we did that and I don't see why you would have any problems. One of the great rides in America as far as I'm concerned...Monument Valley and Moab just to mention two great views. Leaving Monument Valley to the north is the classic view back to the south of MV used in many movies and commercials. There are some ups and downs in that drive...nothing I would consider severe. The biggest down is going down the hill to cross the river in the Mexican Hat area on 163. Cross the bridge and have enough brakes left to make the sharp 90 degree turn after you cross the bridge. One man's bumpy road is another's not so bad. I do recall after Moab 191 was more like a whoop-d-do in many places. Perhaps not that way now. After you cross the river at Mexican Hat just a few miles, on the left, is a nice trading post/restaurant. Can't remember the name.
