rpm sweet spot on class A with 365hp v10 for mpg?

I'm in the process of buying a new to me 2008 Georgetown 36' ds350. After driving it i noticed that it is a high revving engine. No problem. But very different from my diesel. I'm curious. For those ...

The slower you go, the better the mpg. The V10, in my experience, doesn't have a sweet spot--------------or it has a wide range of them.

I normally set the CC at 62 mph on 4 lane highways and 55 on 2 lane roads.
