rpm sweet spot on class A with 365hp v10 for mpg?

I'm in the process of buying a new to me 2008 Georgetown 36' ds350. After driving it i noticed that it is a high revving engine. No problem. But very different from my diesel. I'm curious. For those ...

In addition to what Mark said your best MPG will be in 6th gear at the lowest RPM that will keep you in 6th gear without constantly downshifting. I am old so I use a vacuum gauge to accomplish this, I'm sure there are computer systems that can do the same thing.
