rpm sweet spot on class A with 365hp v10 for mpg?

I'm in the process of buying a new to me 2008 Georgetown 36' ds350. After driving it i noticed that it is a high revving engine. No problem. But very different from my diesel. I'm curious. For those ...

If you get a scan gauge it has a command called lod which is the load % of eng you are using this is from manual
This is a percentage of the maximum power available currently
being generated. In some vehicles it is the maximum
available at the present RPM. it really helps as i stay just under 60% which is my sweet spot, any highr can see MPG fall
