rpm sweet spot on class A with 365hp v10 for mpg?

I'm in the process of buying a new to me 2008 Georgetown 36' ds350. After driving it i noticed that it is a high revving engine. No problem. But very different from my diesel. I'm curious. For those ...

On our prior coach we had the v-10 and after getting a scan guage, I saw that we did best at 61-62 mph.... got between 7.8 and 8.2 mpg over 100,000+ miles. It was a 37' Pace Arrow and we towed a Geo tracker .
