Same rusty arms on my Monaco. Took them off, treated with naval jelly to kill the rust and painted several years ago. Will need a bit of touchup before long.
BTW, to get mine off, I held a small piece of 2x4 lumber between the arm and the fiberglass body and used a claw hammer to pry them off the posts.
