I had a similar incident. Drunk Driver, suspected illegally in the country, no drivers license or insurance or assets. And promptly disappeared after a night in the drunk tank.
I felt lucky my auto insurance paid to the limit of their liability, waved deductibles and said the trailer was probably worth more than I had it covered for. So, reading my homeowners policy, I found coverage there as well (limited to another $1000.00) so I got some from them to in addition to the homeowners needing to cover the damage to my house.
I think it might be difficult to prove damages for loss of use, unless they had actual travel/RV rental expenses in the time their RV has been out of commission.
If you really want to pursue it, you might need a lawyer.
