RV and boat

Hello everyone I'm new here and this is my first post. I have a 2002 Fleetwood Tioga 31W C-Class and a 4x8 mini pontoon/bass boat. I want to be able to carry it on the rear of the unit. Since I travel alone sometimes I want to be able to lift it up and mount it my self. I watched a guy with the same kind of setup from afar while i was fishing. He had a mini winch on the top of his rig and jackknifed it up him self with the winch he had installed. Before I could get to shore and see his setup he was gone. Can anyone help me with this? It would seem so easy but I want to get some advise before I do anything. Thanks Marc
