I am with the guys who observe the driver regaining the control on center divider and cable pulling the motorhome sideways.
As usually left lane blockers are trying to force the agenda that speed kills.
Speed is always a factor, but as German autobahns prove, it is not high speed that kills. It is sudden stop and poorly design cable looks like definite factor in this one.
