You can't change what video shows that the motorhome was going straight on the center divider with what seems to be under full control till the cable kicked it over.
Talking about Police officers education - they do have lot of things to remember and simply can't be expert engineers.
I did some commercial hauling with my pickup and could never figure out signs at CA DOT weight stations "no pickups". So one time I stopped at one and went inside asking DOT officer what is definition of pickup.
He had no idea and after searching heavy books for about 10 minutes finally gave me official definition. You'd be really surprised.
