RV driver charged in fatal accident in Tennessee

Thanks Ronnie for the follow up on this! I was on a accident investigation team for a major trucking company that I worked at before I retired. As you provided me the facts I came to the same conclusion of negligence! A lot of RV.Net Posters where siding with the RV Driver saying the Hwy. was confusing? That supported my outlook even more, if it's confusing your upmost attention is a must and required! J.W.'s statement in your post Ronnie is really unfortunate IMHO!
