This argument just confirms the need for CDL license on any vehicle over 26000 lbs.GW. The vehicles are too big, too hard to control, and the driver was too old to be driving a unit of that size. Driver could not make split second decisions and it resulted in the loss of a life. CDL's would stop many of these accidents.
