I have a NV non-commercial Class B and just renewed it this week. If I also towed a trailer >10,000# then I would need a non-commercial Class A
Bob, What was the procedure for renewal?
Terry
It could have all been done by mail, however I'm over 71 so if I wanted to do it by mail I would have had to submit proof of an eye exam and get my physician to sign off that there was no medical reason that would not allow me to drive. Or I could, and did, just take the renewal form to the DMV in person, and after an eye check I was all done. They didn't ask any medical questions, so I guess because I wasn't weaving or stumbling when I walked in, I was deemed to be okay
to drive. ;)
Thank you, I still have 2 years to go.

With their new online check in procedure (at least in northern NV. I'm not sure if it is the same in southern NV), going to the DMV is a piece of cake now. I wasn't there more than 15 minutes.
On edit: Looks like the online check-in DMV Dash Pass is only available in northern NV. Hopefully they expand it throughout the state.
By the way Bob, I now live in Reno, So the online check in would work for me.
