If fire started from rear brakes eighter from air leak that allowed them to be dragging an rv kept being driven they would eventually heat to the point they would not hold at ALL due to drum expansion an other tech things happening to brake lining an an drum surface
Remember only rear wheels serve as parking brakes.So if brakes were BOTH heated to point they did not hold rv would keep rolling That is what happens when tractor trailers are sometimes found on runway ramps on steep hills. Most are not on fire but very close to that point
