RV Hire Companies that don't have pre-paid mileage?

I found a great deal a couple of years ago through www.motorhomebookers.com. We rented from a Fraserway subsidiary called Four Seasons. It was their older camper. The deal included unlimited miles, insurance, linens, pots and pans etc. It was a class B Okanagan for something like $800 for close to three weeks. They no longer rent that camper, and that was a really fabulous deal, but there are other deals to be had, especially at Fraserway and Four Seasons, if you click around on the motorhomebookers website. Look for the Early Bookers Special. I have no complaints whatsoever about either motorhomebookers or Fraserway, and we like the B size so much we bought a 1995 Pleasureway a year ago.

We've rented from several companies over the years, and I'd put this experience at a tie with Alpha campers in New Zealand.

Probably a safety net for the rental company. Sort of like putting up a security deposit when you rent a vacation home and it would be adjusted when you return the unit. I'm sure they have been stuck more than once over the years and I would do the same if it was my company. If they are a reputable company you have nothing to worry about.
