We were there early last spring. Spent the night at the RV park just outside the Park. As we were checking out, we asked them if we could park off to the side while we took the toad and went up to see the tower for a couple of hours. They said no, that unless we were going to pay for another night, we had to totally leave the campground.... Like I said it was early spring and maybe a total of five people in the whole campground. Great people.
So we left and took the MH into Devil's Tower Park. As you go into to park, having gone through the Park gate, on the left hand side, there is a very large parking area for large MHs and tour buses. We left the MH there and took the toad on up the visitor's area at the base of the tower - less than a mile drive.
You could enter the park, and drive the MH up to the visitor's area and see if there's enough room to park. If there isn't, then drive back down to parking area near the park entrance, leave the MH there and drive your toad up to the tower base area.
