- usersmanualExplorerso much for recalls I have a 2008 ABDP and the wiper arm broke. So I ordered a new one and then my buddy calls one day and says both his broke off while driving down the road when raining?these situations were both over 2 years ago
Received a fed ex package 2 days ago and its two new wiper arms sent under a TIFFIN recall lol - Mile_HighExplorerJust proves to me anyone can get published. Recalls are generally never related to quality, they are related to errors in engineering or design.
- 3oaksExplorerNot surprising. Craftsmanship and quality built RVs of any type in the U.S. are a thing of the past.
- Dutch_12078Explorer IIII wonder how the increase in recalls relates to the increase in sales for the same period? RV's are selling in record numbers as the industry continues to recover.
- rgatijnet1Explorer IIIRecalls by the NHTSA ONLY involve safety issues that can cause death or injury so more is not better.
Other issues like roof leaks or other items that don't work are not covered by recalls. - BumpyroadExplorerwell there are statistics, then there are meaningful statistics. didn't delve into that link but pure numbers don't mean much to me.
could be worse product or better firm policies.
