I'm concerned about safety and I drive a class A. No concerns at all. Perhaps if someone doesn't feel confident in their driving ability then it's best they pay extra to compensate for their deficiency! LOL :)
And yet, class A's are safe enough that injuries and fatalities are below any statistical significance to make it worthwhile dollarwise for the insurance industry & gubermint to force their non-sensical standards upon us. Trust me, if they could make money on the deal, they will force it upon us. So far, the number of units sold is so low it's not worth their time or money to invest in the lobbying necessary. Safety? That's really not THEIR concern.
So, all in all, they're pretty safe. I feel much safer in my class A than in our daily drivers.
